All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Upon order completion, customers will receive an order confirmation email.

Synova Housing ships via Royal Mail services. Standard delivery timeframes are:

  • Total delivery time: 3-7 business days from order completion

Delivery Attempts

Royal Mail typically makes up to three delivery attempts. After the final attempt, packages may be held at the local postal depot or collection point for customer pickup, or returned to Synova Housing's warehouse. Customers should monitor tracking information for specific pickup instructions and collection details.

Remote and Rural Areas

Delivery to remote or rural locations, including Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, and other remote UK areas, may require 1-3 additional business days beyond standard transit times.

UK Shipping Coverage

Synova Housing currently ships throughout the United Kingdom, including:

  • England
  • Scotland
  • Wales
  • Northern Ireland

International shipping outside the UK is not available at this time.
